			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Burning off male body fat can be incredibly difficult and frustrating.  Many guys try and try to lose that spare tire with little success.</p>
<p>So how exactly can you burn off that fat and get lean and ripped?  It really doesn&#8217;t have to be that hard.  The most important step is actually sorting through the many fat loss myths and determining what method will actually work for you.</p>
<p>Perhaps the most commonly repeated advice given to anyone looking to loose weight is, &#8220;Eat less, exercise more&#8221;.  But as you might well know by now, this method simply doesn&#8217;t work for everyone.</p>
<p>Many people can cut calories and do aerobics for hours upon hours and still loose very little body fat.  The reason?  Because it&#8217;s not just the amount that you eat or exercise that counts. </p>
<p>In fact, what might be even more important the quantity that you eat is the composition of your meals.  To put it more simply, it&#8217;s not just how much you eat, but what you eat.  </p>
<p>The fastest and easiest way to burn fat, especially in the short term, is to cut carb intake and increase protein and fat intake.  You heard me right &#8212; you could quite possibly be eating too little fat rather than too much.</p>
<p>Of course, there are good fats and bad fats, so you want to be sure to monitor the quality of your fat intake.  Avoid trans fats as much as possible while increasing your intake of olive oil and other monounsaturated fats.  Don&#8217;t necessarily avoid animal fats either, especially if you are trying to cut back on carbs.</p>
<p>Likewise, the type of exercise you do is more important than the amount.  Running for hours on end my well not burn off much fat, especially if it leads to increased appetite and cravings for carbs.</p>
<p>Instead of doing hours upon hours of running or jogging, add some resistance training to your routine.  Specifically, try including some weight training.</p>
<p>It is not necessary to do lift heavy weights, to do a huge variety of exercises, or even to complete multiple sets in order to achieve muscle growth.  In fact, the most effective method of weight training might well be slow lifting, which involves doing very slow, steady reps until you reach muscle failure.  This method has been shown to achieve 50% faster muscle growth while taking less than half the time of traditional weight training.</p>
<p>So whether you are adjusting your eating habits or your exercise routine, remember, quality is more important than quantity.  By choosing the right foods and the proper exercises, you can burn off male body fat quickly and reveal a leaner, fitter, sexier you.

Yet many abs training tapes and devices concentrate on toning your abdominal muscles rather than burning off the layer of fat covering them.</p>
<p>The truth is, you can work out your abs as much as you want, but until you get rid of that fat, your six pack will remain hidden.</p>
<p>So how do you get rid of abdominal fat? Is there a way to target that fat and burn it off quickly?</p>
<p>Unfortunately, despite many claims to the contrary, there is no known way short of liposuction to spot target abdominal fat.</p>
<p>In fact, you are genetically predisposed to gain and lose fat in certain areas and in a specific order. Generally, you will burn fat in the reverse order in which you gain it &#8212; in other words, if your abs are the first area to gain fat, they will generally be the last area in which you will be able to burn it off.</p>
<p>But despite the near-impossibility of spot targeting abdominal fat, you can burn it off and get sick pack abs by being persistent and combining specific training methods with dietary changes.</p>
<p>What type of training is best to burn off stomach fat? The answer might surprise you, for it isn&#8217;t long hours of running, jogging, or even swimming. Instead, the best exercise to start burning fat isn&#8217;t necessarily aerobic exercise at all.</p>
<p>While it can be helpful to incorporate aerobic exercise into your routine, especially some form of mixed intensity running or elliptical training, an even better way to jump start your body&#8217;s fat burning engine is to start on a resistance training program. In other words, you&#8217;ve got to hit the weights.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve found that the most effective and least time-consuming form of resistance training is slow lifting. Doing fewer reps and sets at a much slower pace can yield as much as 50% faster muscle growth, and this muscle growth can lead to increased fat burning.</p>
<p>So to burn off that stomach flab and reveal your six pack abs quickly, consider starting a slow lifting program combined with appropriate dietary measures, including carb restriction and increased consumption of quality protein. This combination of weight training and a reduced carb diet can yield very impressive results and can get you that six pack at long last.

<p>You can definitely find a lot of products online that promise you tight washboard abs if you just plop down a big  wad of cash for their equipment or DVD series.  Some of these products even work.  But the truth is that you don&#8217;t  need to spend that much to get six pack abs.  In fact, you can get abs quickly using some very basic exercises and  a few simple changes to your diet.</p>
<p>A study done not long ago by the American Council on Exercise revealed that the exercises that work the abs most  effectively are actually also three of the simplest.   The study compared a wide number of different exercises and  ab workout machines and found that the three  which work best are:  the crunch (using an exercise ball), the basic  bicycle maneuver, and the captain&#8217;s chair.  </p>
<p>Of these three exercises, the captain&#8217;s chair and  the bicycle maneuver target both major muscle groups in the  stomach, the obliques and the rectus abdominus.  So technically, you could do just these two exercises and work out  your abs quite effectively.  Throw in some exercise ball crunches for variety, and you would have an abs routine  that is simple, effective, and which wouldn&#8217;t break the bank.</p>
<p>Of course, the truth is that you could exercise your stomach four an hour a day and still not get six pack abs.   The trouble is that you&#8217;ll never have a six pack until you burn off the fat covering your ab muscles.  Perhaps the  best way to burn off that fat is to cut carb intake.  You can do this easily but dropping soda, sweets, breads, and  pastas.  And always make sure you eat adequate amounts of fats and proteins too.</p>
<p>Another way to speed up your fat burning is to start building muscles.  Begin with some basic pushups and gradually  build up the reps you can do.  By cutting carbs, building your muscle, and starting this basic abs workout routine,  you&#8217;ll be amazed just how fast you can burn off that fat and start to reveal those lean, sexy six pack abs.
